We are pleased to announce that our company has acquired CML Technologies GmbH & Co. KG and CML Innovative Technologies Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CML"), companies highly recognized for their development and manufacturing of compact lighting systems tailored for automotive and industrial applications.

This acquisition is a key component of our strategic growth plan, aiming to further expand our product portfolio and strengthen our presence in the global market. Founded in the same year as our company—1931—CML has established a strong track record and technological foundation across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Through this integration, we will leverage CML Group’s specialized lighting technologies, including advanced LED signaling systems, to enhance our ability to deliver comprehensive lighting solutions across the industrial, railway, aerospace, and automotive sectors.
