Based on the discussed requirements, we conduct a preliminary feasibility study using simplified optical simulations.
This process typically takes about one week.
(Simulation items include luminance, illuminance, and uniformity.)

We will report the feasibility results and assess how well your requirements can be met.
We also propose improvements to the light guide shape and surrounding structure to better achieve your target specifications.

Based on your requirements and the proposed design, we prepare a quotation.
Preliminary cost estimates are also available upon request.

Taking the initial study results into account, we begin detailed design.
Through several design reviews with the customer, we aim to achieve the optimal lighting performance.

Prototype samples are manufactured using machining processes according to customer requirements.
Before mold production, the lighting performance is verified, allowing for quick design adjustments if necessary.

Once the design is finalized, we proceed with mold fabrication for mass production.
Using the completed molds, mass molding begins.
Inspection, packaging, and shipping are all handled in-house, and products are delivered to the designated location.
International shipping to overseas sites is also supported.
