Oshino Lamps Limited has been producing and selling high-function sub-miniature lamps since its establishment as a specialized manufacturer of sub-miniature tungsten lamp bulbs in 1931. Its CAD-based, optimized design process and an integrated production process made possible by unique automatic bulb manufacturing equipment have enabled Oshino products to clear U.S. Military standards, known for being the strictest in the world. Oshino’s long-lasting, reliable sub-miniature lamps can be found in a broad range of aircraft, vehicles, and electronic components around the globe.

Oshino Lamps Limited are currently acclaimed as the world leaders in the SML (Sub-Miniature Lamp) field. In addition to using many years of accumulated research into manufacturing technologies such as micromachining, glass vacuums, and light sources in order to develop optical components for vehicle interiors, Oshino are now expanding into new business fields such as thermal control products.
